You can now join our server / network using Minecraft Bedrock (including PE, Windows 10 version, possibly console versions too).
Server ip: play.superfuntime.org:19132
NOTE: This is experimental and we do not offer any support for any issues arising from using this. We always advise using Minecraft Java whenever possible as the preferred way of joining, and our Minecraft JAVA ip of play.superfuntime.org
Quote from: Trojan on Jan 04, 2022, 05:08 PMnp, and i especially liked the first three. the tech mods are just a bonus, depending on what the playerbase wants if they even think about making it, like you saidQuote from: jasper_Fritz on Jan 03, 2022, 06:30 AMQuote from: Trojan on Apr 15, 2021, 08:36 AMDungeonDQ, Doomlike Dungeons, Roguelike Dungeons or other: These mods add random and differently sized dungeons to the game which, depending on the mod you use, have different things to offer including different mobs, spawners, loot, and places to explore. Fun for people that run into them, and probably a challenge to conquer and pillage.these are some top tier mod ideas, nice. Beachcraft or something was pretty neat as well and small and prob what youre looking for (was in bteam)
Recurrent Complex: RC allows *hundreds* of different user-submitted buildings to spawn in every variety of fashion from temples to houses to ships to dungeons-a lot of these are pretty ridiculous and it is a controversial mod, but all of the sillier and less fittings builds can just be turned off.
Another mod which adds dungeons, temples, and places to explore?
Infernal Mobs: Allows mobs to spawn with all sorts of different conditions, buffs, and nerfs which make mobs more varied and harder to kill. This zombie might have more health, this skeleton revives itself a second time, this creeper is charged and this spider is a lengendary boss! Any mods which add more mobs or bosses will also get these effects!
Mo Creatures?: Mo Creature adds around forty different new mobs you can tame, such as lions, elephants, so on and so forth. People who faint over animals might get a kick out of this, though it might not be important enough.
(Tier 2 Mods)
Tinkers' Construct: Another amazing classic mod, TC allows you to make an incredible amount of powerful tools and weapons. TC allows you to create almighty things like the Shickaxe, an all-in-one tool, and use new and unheard-of tiers of gear with different qualities to them. A great mod for becoming more powerful, secure, efficient, and fearful-TC allows another route of exploration and time spent at the workbench building up that blood-enchanted shuriken.
Minefactory Reloaded: There are a lot of tech mods out there that excel at adding new ways to be efficient and get your tech on. But, MCR is short and sweet to the point: With MCR you can automate your smelting operations, your farm, and even your mining! Plus, it adds unique and sophisticated efficient logic to redstone which can now crawl up walls and be wired to go multiple places through one-block channels. Plus, it adds cool and useful items like the safari-gun which can be used to capture mobs, the omniscient spyglass, or the awesome-sounding needlegun, SPAMR launcher and potato cannon.
Thermal Dynamics: TD adds one large, notable benefit: item and fluid transport. You can move items and liquids through different pipes to anywhere you want, and it uses the same power as MCR.
Project Red?: PR is the successor to the popular RedPower, which adds a ton of new redstone capabilties, likewise to MCR. Actually, MCR incorporated RP's additions after RP ended development. Alas, PR allows for even more! redstone and advanced logic within just one block. Redstonephiles will love this mod. It also has its own itemducts, potentially eliminating the needs for TD. It's just if whether or not this is a more needed or worthy addition, or needed in conjunction.
Applied Energistics?: A great time-consuming mod, AE allows you to create deep storage systems that in conjunction with mods like MCR and TD allow for a nice and orderly system where you can request any item you possess within your system at any access point-even remotely if you get that capability. I don't know if this is justified for such a light modpack, though.
If you have any other great tech suggestions, I would love to hear them!
Thanks for the reply, if they were considering it at all

Quote from: AtomicPulse on Dec 19, 2021, 02:09 PMQuote from: jasper_Fritz on Dec 19, 2021, 03:03 AMI know last time vanilla just had to wipe and everyone lost interest, but this time we should restart it since we're on 1.18.Survival just had a reset for 1.18 about a week ago. If you're referring to a full vanilla server, we have hosted one several times and they usually die pretty quickly so I see one being unlikely anywhere in the near future
I'm also curious if anyone has the world download for the version that came out on 1.8. That version we released it because there werent any plugins ready, but it was a good time and itd be sweet to see pictures at least if no one has the download.
Maybe you could put some of it into event world for a while. We had some cool builds going on and the place had a lot of character.
Just thoughts. Toodeloo!

Quote from: BluetigerESW on Jul 05, 2021, 01:40 PMQuote from: omelet on Jul 04, 2021, 06:38 PMNone. Stop wasting your time and money on other servers that are going to die within two weeks and focus on improving survival/the servers you already have. This is a bad mentality, and as Doggggeh said it we own the machines our servers are hosted on, so adding more costs nothing. Most importantly however, Minecraft is (and unless something crazy happens will continue to be) a sinking ship in popularity and we cannot have long term sustainability if we just give up and don't even try to to get a foothold in other games. Also I can tell you we heavily focus on current servers and it can only do but so much considering the sort of audience we cater to (there is very small interest in vanilla survival anymore). Other games and trying new things is the way if we wanna be around for quite a while (we do).

Quote from: Palker on Jun 23, 2021, 08:44 PMWell, i was sort of thinking of it as a reward to attract new players. The Irvo types would maybe be interested in joining and that would mean I have some real competition KappaQuote from: jasper_Fritz on Jun 22, 2021, 09:11 PMThis is unironically great thank you, but I LOL'd at the 20 chunks limit, you greatly overestimate the players on this factions server.
On the same vein (players not incentivized to tryhard) maybe take a portion of all Donations and have it add up to like 'free parking' and make it a reward for the top faction at the end of the season. if there were 10 $10 2xmcmmo boosts purchased, end of season pot is $50. If there were 20 boosts have it be $100, maybe less I.D.K., but this would give lots of people a reason to play, especially if the season is shorter.
Well I haven't played factions on SFT, but when I used to on other networks a few players and I had 8x8 corner bases with 200+ layers of walls etc etc, maybe I overestimate us a bit...![]()
A f-top reward such as 10$ in the SFT store is actually an amazing idea, it would bring more players and we'd be motivated. I don't think an actual cash reward would fit SFT though.
Quote from: Palker on Jun 20, 2021, 05:04 PMI personally haven't played factions on SFT, but I've got several thousand hours of faction experience on other networks so I figured I'd give some recommendations for the future seasons. I'll gladly help out with managing factions if needed as well.
Some things that I'd recommend in general is the following:
If anything is unclear, feel free to ask and I'll clarify.
Quote from: Palker on Jun 20, 2021, 05:04 PM- If slimefun is enabled for factions, I'd recommend removing it, it just doesnt fit well with factions and might be way too op sometimes, possibly abused too.
Quote from: jasper_Fritz on Jun 03, 2021, 01:06 AMBrad yore an oily creamcakeEVAN: (big font is me, clearly, in my alpha male tone responding to the sad pitiful excuses levied by the oft unbased, and wrong about the frogs, Evan)
now this is all going to be about factions
People said they were disappointed the first 'map' back in May 2020 ended so early. Personally I would agree, we should have a poll/announcement about how long we would want resets to last ahead of time, but we shouldn't set it in stone either because having a firm end date only demotivates people to play.
I think the reset should be 3-4+ months long as having it last only weeks leads to people being burned out towards the end. There should be enough time to make a faction, be competitive, get destroyed, be pissed off for a couple weeks and then come backto get your revengeand get the floor wiped with you again.
I don't think 15 man factions are really with the times, 10 players is a more reasonable number. 8 was low last time but im glad to have a debate.
-Events would be an awesome way to add PvP and encourage people NOT to sit at 20/20 Power at all times. One idea we've talked about is Glowstone Mountain (All-You-Can-Mine Glowstone, PvP For control over ~30 minutes) although I think the plugin is private, meaning we can't use it. some kind of event would be cool
-You could add a small area in spawn (or a warp) where The faction on top of /f top gets to build a shrine, resetting weekly or on 2-3 different days.
-Prot 5 Armor should be decided by a poll. We would also need an agreed-upon method of distribution for p5, i.e. will it be in the shop, will you get it for winning an event, will there be a limited number available, etc. Maybe 3 sets of p5 in the world?
-Have a functioning economy instead of the banana republic Evan thinks he can get away with apparently. Going to need sections for brewing, ores, food/farming, mob drops?, blocks,
-Give new joining players a short grace period (hours or a day) where they cannot be killed in pvp as long as they dont engage in pvp themselves. This would allow new players to not get destroyed instantly by someone named Emma
-Remove TNT 100% droprate on spawners- lower to 80% so that People cant skirt the FEE when they want to pick one up; fee should be increased as well
-Make sure spawners still DON'T stack
-Add fantasy plugins. ELITEMOBS was cool. Headshot sounds could be cool, fully customizable bow-headshot messages, damage, effects, armor reduction, etc.

Other suggested plugins:
Health bars: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/bukkit-plugins/health-bar
Head Drops: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/bukkit-plugins/dropheads
Weeping Angels Mod (Boss Mobs; appeal to geeks like tow?): https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/tardisweepingangels/
-STEVECO REPAIR!!!! I want to be able to permanently repair my god axe with inappropriate symbols on it for free!also it used to be a donator option?
-Bring back /Market mail![]()
(Genuine question, do you think we can have it back If it only allowed potions, food, etc? and was 1 page of Market Mail?)
Using /Market Send to give potions to teammates before TPing/Warping/Raiding was a GAME CHANGER, and made PvPing flow better, allowed you to be more creative because no need to return to base, and it was more rewarding if you're able to stay in the world for a long time without warping out. Obviously it was broken to store all your items, BUT, if there is a config to allow a limited number of items and disallow armor/books/rare items in general, then I believe 100% we should re-implement it.
- SLimfun. Ppl liekd it
Please feel free to add more amazing work for evan to do, I mean suggestions!
