I 100% promise I will never do any of the things you listed above. (cheating, harassing players & staff)
although the link you did sent me about the rules did seem to give me an error I found a rule list for the survival server. 1.Don't grief 2. Respect to staff and players 3. no racism/discrimination (I chose these rules because they seemed worthy to show how to interact with staff and/or other players)
