[Forum] New features: Notifications and Ignoring Boards

Two new features have been added today!

Notifications
Allows you to notify someone using @Username (Example @Towelie )
The user will receive an alert when they are notified

Ignore Boards
Annoyed by all these irrelevant posts in your "Unread Topics"? You can now Ignore them!
Click on your name (top left) to access the new "Ignore Boards" feature


NOTE: Use this feature carefully. Don't ignore too many boards, only those that spam you (such as BCV messages if you see them presently)
