[Survival] Dynmap Maintenance

As some of you know, our web map has had a few problems with maps not fully rendering or just looking weird.

I have now changed the config, and will disable all worlds that are un-rendered, and add them when they render.
Currently, only World3 is rendered as I am letting that fully render before I enable another world.
