[Pixelmon] 2x legendary spawn weekend event!

Starting Saturday December 19th I will increase the spawnrate of legendaries 2x and set back to normal on December 21st.

Be sure to tell your friends, if this event is popular enough I'll start doing regular weekend events.

Regular events as something every other week. I wouldn't do anything like that, that'd be dumb.

I was thinking along the lines of increased xp rates, increased catchrates for pokemon, give-aways on buycraft for random items to the first 100~ players etc.

It's possible but shinies are already too devalued. Which is why I removed the 4 for 4 deal on shinies last month
