Is It Possible for me to be staff

Ok so ever since I joined the server I Have been doing nothing but helping as many people as I can and trying to resolve as many issues as I can so staff don't have to get in and fix it ,But i have been seeing only few staff and a few new ones as well and I was hoping I could put up a staff request to see if I can be a mod or something like that. Just something small so people know they have someone on to take care of issues when other staff are normally asleep. If not I am fine with that as well because I can still help with the small things either way ^.^ Thanks for reading this any high ranked staff and taking time to respond if you do.

Asking for staff lowers your chance of becoming one, all i have to say is keep up the good work and maybe you will be choosen in the future. You never know
