[Survival] You can now update to 1.8

I have just completed an update to Survival & the other Hub Servers that allows 1.8 clients to join.
Technically, the server is still on 1.7.10 but it uses an upgraded protocol that allows 1.8 clients to join as well.

What broke during the update:
- EchoPet (will fix soon, waiting on update)
- SFTCosmetic (Plugin that stu made handling /hat /armor, effect tags, name tags). The plugin remains functional atm but there are errors in console so i expect bugs to appear. Stuart is working on an update
- Unknown if there are other new things.

What's new:
- You can now clear your own chat using /cc

Awesome!
Today may seem cloudy and tomorrow not much better but you just gotta remember only you can clear the weather so whenever you're feeling down just keep your head up to the sun because at the end of the day there's always better days to come...

I think the reset is when the server itself is 1.8 so we can have the ocean monuments and stuff  :chest:
I want to be able to mine them up, but we probably can't  :'(
