[Internet] 4chan user hacked iCloud; 70+ celebrity nude pictures was leaked

The FBI is looking into allegations that intimate pictures of celebrities have been stolen and posted online.
About 300 personalities, including the US actress Jennifer Lawrence, have had images of themselves leaked over the Internet.

It is understood some of the images were obtained from services such as Apple iCloud that back up content from devices on to the internet.
Apple says it is investigating whether iCloud accounts have been hacked.
Ms Lawrence, who stars in The Hunger Games films, has requested an investigation after a hacker apparently obtained photographs, with graphic content, from the mobile phones of numerous celebrities. The images have spread like crazy on both Facebook, Twitter, Facepunch and Reddit.

Why shouldn't these adults have taken these pictures? Whether people like it or not, sexting and nude photographs make up a part of modern sexuality and people should be allowed to explore it and do as they wish in their private life. We shouldn't be asking why take photographs, we should be asking why someone went to imaginably large efforts to intrude on and then publish a part of people's private lives.

I am not allowing any of you to subject the children of SFT to the images, most notably because it is illegal.

I'm not one to usually support Celebrities, however the leakage of these images is morally wrong on so many levels and is destroying the lives of actual, living people, just because they are famous.

If you even so much as hint at where to find the images, I will remove your posts and offer you a 25-50% forum warning.

we didn't get one massive filedump: no single person has access to all the pics
we got MEW nudes even though she deleted them years ago
there were multiple 'official' bitcoin addresses each linked to actual, new leaks
most leaks are shitty, a couple of images at a time, presumably from small-timers with small collections and relatively little to lose by devaluring their pics anyway
we we aren't getting the really good movies, because they are much more 'valuable' and therefore a) owned by fewer people and b) could be traded for many more nudes and would lose all value if released for free
check old threads on anon-ib /stol and /c/ for an insight into these guys
& brace for multiple arrests as the net tightens around the trading ring

as you watch celebritys act in movies, you develop a certain relationship with it. You see their friends, you see their emotions and your see their character. Now, you could just as good go and find a way hotter pornstar anywhere, but it aint just the same thing.
