[Gaming] New research shows women play more videogames than men

Super Data Research specializes in developing data sheets with data on consumers, and their latest discovery learning might amaze the occasional gamer. It is no longer men who are the ones who play the most.

A large part of the reason for the change is so-called social games that are dominated by female players. 57.8% of mobile gaming are female gamers, and 50.2% of the PC and 53.6% of the role plays. Male players instead seems to prefer first-person shooter and account for 66% of the user base.
