I think I'm suitable for staff because I know how to deal with situations like griefing, cyber-bullying, over excessive swearing and other problems and I think if I become staff, I can be online when there is usually no one else online.

Have you been banned if so what for: Ok, this is where I want to spend most of my time typing. Clearly I wasn't the best player about 3 years ago. I was hated, despised, and ignored because of my ignorance and rudeness to other players in the community. I was banned multiple times and have had at least 4 major bans which were almost all due to mouthing off. Now, I want to be totally honest. I already know I don't look like staff material, but I can assure you I can get the job done. i just came back from an ban which I was banned for 2 years until I finally got unbanned. I have really matured and thought about my perspective on things and I've really changed.
Why do you want to be staff/why do you think you're suitable for staff: I know I don't look like the most suitable staff member out there, and I'm sure many others are much more suitable than me, but I feel like if I could get 1 chance to prove myself, I could the best gosh darn staff member out there! I don't want to come off as one of those begging players who says, "Give me 1 chance!" and all of that non-sense, but I think I can really get the job done. I should be a staff member because with my first 2-3 weeks back on SFT I've adjusted to the community and helped lots of new players out with using /sh, the building requirements, and what I'm most proud of, is teaching a new group of players the basics of SFT. Why should I become staff?- . I would like to become staff because ever since I was a guest I have really enjoyed helping the great players of SFT. Whether it be emotional help, Knowledge help, Building help, etc. it has always been fun.  I believe becoming staff would allow me to further my ability to help players. Also I am a very friendly player on SFT and would love this great opportunity. I tend to be on quite a bit in time when there are little to no staff. I play on SFT with my wife so I am a mature player who loves to help anyone and everyone guest or Legend.

I understand that my chances are extremely low as there are many other highly qualified players for the position.

I really dont like applying for a staff position as I have been legitimately offered staff but at the time was declined.

Why do you want to be staff/why do you think you're suitable for staff: I understand I'm still relatively new to this server in terms of uptime so far but that'll most likely change with time. I'm 19 and a mature player with plenty of staff experience from the past few years playing minecraft ranging from Helper and Chat Mod to Co-Owner and Head Admin on survival servers. I understand the general guidelines of how to treat players and situations on the server. Though I will admit I haven't been in a staff position for some time lately. I may need to touch upon certain things like region protection/worldguard. I do work in the afternoons so I may not always be around earlier on in the day but my evenings are usually fairly uneventful which is when I'm online longest.
