[Survival] You can now repair SteveCo Items

A new command has been added that allows you to repair SteveCo Items -> /steveco repair.
It will consume a SteveCo key when repairing an item and it doesn't work with items that have SFTMMO stuff on them.

Very great addition. I have so many Steve Co. armor pieces which have been damaged by those nasty ass skeletons :/

This'll make keys worth a whole lot more.

Technically, the only thing it would ruin the economy for is blaze rods and blaze powder, since thats the only thing steve co. keys can turn into. But, the economy for them is already ruined.
