[Pixelmon] Server was moved

The Pixelmon Server was moved to another machine as the current machine exhibited I/O issues.
The new machine has SSD RAID and a newer operating system so hopefully this will help a bit with the lag.

The ip remains the same, and everything is where it was.

I would like to thank Dpa and Fear for helping me with the move.

In about ~5 min, we are investigating and resolving a problem that was causing lag at the moment.

Seriously, I can't thank you all enough, the server has been laggy AF for the longest time. Hopefully we can get more active people on soon (maybe I'll even visit more).

With the migration were the shop commands purposely removed or was that unintentional?  Specifically the commands I use that are no longer available are:

/shop find buy
/shop find sell
/shop tp
