Pixelmon premium shop is now EULA compliant

After a few hours of work by Dpa1991 who did almost all of the work (and some by me), the pixelmon premium shop is now EULA compliant!

We are not done yet, we will add more packages pretty soon. Please buy them otherwise we won't get any money and we won't be able to pay our bills and you know what happens then...

I think you missed the celebi rank, it still says it gives out items other than emote xP
