[SFT Pixelmon] Sparkle_Sun as temp HoS team member

In light of recent events and disagreements in the staff team, I have decided to borrow @Sparkle_Sun 's expertise from being Survival HoS, to loan her to Pix for a month. She and djkirsh will form a hos team in equal parts (no hos - hos helper, rather both of them being part of a hos team)

This should help us re-think some of the staff challenges we are facing and improve our staff team and at least realize what is being done wrong.

This is for a month effective immediately

To make this obvious  - Sparkle's role will be to try and improve the staff team / help djk with that task and monitor how the staff team is being ran and report back to me with any suggestions / concerns towards that

All reports should be accompanied by proof otherwise it's just a person's word vs another's.

Why would I know something worth reporting? If I knew something I would have already reported it (with proof) but I'm really just referring to what most players already know. That HoS has either had really good rep or really bad rep depending on who you ask.

(I'm giving you props for coming with the idea to have 2hos and I don't think you're accepting it </3 )
